1. Requestor Invite Comments – you can invite some of your friends to visit your blog and request to live any comments. Most probably you want to achieve positive comments as much as possible but if you have seen negative comments on your blog, just do not mind it and try to improve you blog.
2. Respond with the Comments in your blog- It is very vital that blog owner should respond to any comment left on your blog. This will only justify that the owner is still active and existing.
3. Be modest – If someone leaves a comment on you blog remember to respond by saying thank you or answering any of their inquiry. Be humble on how you treat your blog visitors. Remember that they can be your regular visitors on your blog. Therefore you need to treat them well like your own client who would be a good prospect as your customer or client.
4. Be Courteous- Try to answer each of the client’s questionsprofessionally. If someone leaves a nasty comment, do not make any reply by doing the same thing what the commenter do. Try to ask for some reason or just leave it there.
5. Make Commenting on your Blog easy– Remember that a very complicated commenting system will probably lead to a few or no comment at all. Make it easy for your visitor to follow any comment. You should make a plan to be unique and strategic n how you can persuade blog visitors to leave their comment before they leave.
